I graduated from Dalhousie University in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University. Since then, I have worked full time in private practice, gaining experience with individuals of all ages and activity levels. I am well versed in treating a wide range of injuries and conditions, including sport-related injuries, joint replacements, chronic age-related concerns, as well as the acute and chronic issues that arise from everyday life. My primary goal is to help people return to the activities and hobbies that matter most to them.
I believe education is the first step in understanding any injury. Learning the “why” behind a condition helps guide the “how” of effective management and recovery. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; treatment should be tailored to each individual and their unique needs. I use a hands-on approach, incorporating manual therapy, dry needling, electrical modalities, and exercise prescription to improve overall movement quality and support long-term function.
Outside of my work as a physiotherapist, I can usually be found on the golf course, spending time with friends in the community, or travelling abroad and exploring new countries.
